Hello! Today I'm popping on to share with you some new stamps I picked up over at Clearly Besotted Stamps in a sale they had recently after reopening.

I love the Clearly Besotted designs and the images are always so cute!

Stampin' Up | Cookie Cutter Christmas #1 - Reindeer

When is it too early to start making and posting about Christmas cards? In crafting land it's never too early and it's always good to be prepared! That's why I'm coming on today to start sharing my Christmas makes.

First up is this lovely set of cards that proved very popular with my friends and family last year but I didn't share on my blog. Because they were so popular I decided to make some more!

Personalised Thank You Cards

Hi there!

Today I wanted to share with you some personalised thank you cards that I made for some of the placement students at work that were leaving!

I love this design of card and it's one I go to time and time again when I want to add a name to a card. I simply add the sentiments onto a stitched circle and add the person's name onto a banner that stretched across the bottom of the card.

The main products I used for these cards are:
  • Avery Elle Simply Said Thank You Die
  • Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Circles
  • Xcut Wedding Ever After Alphabet & Numbers Die Set

Here is the sketch of the card that I designed for you to use as inspiration!

Craftwork Cards | Heritage Rose Collection

Hello! Today I wanted to share with you some cards I made using the Heritage Rose collection by Craftwork Cards.

I had so much fun using these papers and toppers and whipped these cards up in no time. The only things I added from my stash were glue, white card, flatback pearls and a little bit of ribbon. I didn't buy anything extra to use with this collection which I love because it helps me use my stash!

Let me know if you have this collection too as I'd love to see your makes!
(Apologies for the poor lighting in the photos!)

Simple Father's Day Cards

Helloooo! Today I wanted to share a simple Father's Day card design that's really easy to do and great for using up scraps.

I simply drew a tie shape on a scrap piece of card to use as a template and then drew around it onto some of my scraps. After I'd got quite a few ties of different prints I matched them up into groups of three and found a backing paper to match.

Avery Elle | Seal-abrate

Hello! Popping back on today to share with you my second batch of Seal-abrate cards. I made a set of these a few weeks ago and they went down so well that I ran out, what can I say, people love a pun! So I thought it was about time I made some more.

I already had a lot of the seals coloured in because I like to do my colouring in batches when I get the time, so all I had to do was cut out a few circles and backing papers and stick everything together!

Do you like a pun as much as I do? Let me know what your favourite is in the comments!

Until next time,

Mama Elephant | Sending Smiles Across the Miles

Hello there! Today I wanted to share a card I made using an older stamp set by Mama Elephant called Up and Away.

This card involved a lot of distress inking. The pattern on the background was created using an embossing folder, inking over the top with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink and spritzing with some Perfect Pearls powder mixed with water.

The topper was created using the Lawn Fawn stitched rectangles dies. I stamped the bunny and balloons and coloured them in using distress markers and masked over them so I could create my background. I created a cloud stencil with a pair of scissors and inked with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to create the cloud background.

I had a lot of fun creating this card as it involved so many different techniques.

I hope you like this card, stay tuned for next time!

MFT | Happy Pandas

Hello there!

I wanted to just pop on today to show you some quick cards I made using the My Favorite Things (MFT) Happy Pandas stamp set.

I used the MFT Die-Namics Rounded Rectangle dies and some Pretty Pink Posh tag dies to create some toppers out of some 300gsm white card. I stamped the pandas and sentiments using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and adhered to the card using foam squares.

Stay tuned for next time,

I've been busy getting festive recently and here are some of the goodies I've been using. A bunch of these things were sent to me by The Works and then I added to my stash with some bits I'd seen in the shop and really wanted. • 6"x6" Paper pack
  • 4 Metal Charms
  • Paper Blossoms

  • Sequins (I have an excellent idea to turn these into some Christmas shakers!)

These products are from the North Pole Collection by Dovecraft:
  • 6"x6" Paper Pack
  • Ribbons

These products are from The Night Before Christmas Collection:
  • 8"x8" Glitter Decoupage

Clearly Besotted | Feeling Fruity

Hello! Today I wanted to share a bundle of cards I made using the Feeling Fruity stamp set by Clearly Besotted. This is such an adorable set, could those mice be any cuter? I've set myself a challenge to use my currently unused stamp sets. I bought them because I loved them so they deserve to get some use. Here is what I came up with.

To make these cards I stamps each of the mice onto some white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured in with Spectrum Noir Markers. I don't have the matching dies so simply cut them out using scissors.

Each mouse was added onto a tag die cut with some foam tape and then a coordinating bow from my stash was added onto the hole.

I also delved into my 6x6 paper pad stash and pulled out some of my fruity papers that I wouldnt be able to use elsewhere and also colours that corresponded to the colours of the fruits. I die cut a square panel using Lawn Fawn's Stitched Square dies and adhered to a blank card base with foam tape.

I stamped each sentiment onto a strip die cut and adhered to the tag before adhering the tag to the card.

I really like how these cards turned out, so cute and fun!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you again soon!

Craftwork Cards | Man Made Collection

Today I want to share a huge collection of cards that I made recently using my Man Made collection by Craftwork Cards. I really enjoyed using this kit and found it really easy to use and each card came together quite quickly. To create a more masculine card I stuck to circle and star shapes over hearts and flowers.

I would love to hear what you think about these cards, if you have any comments, please leave them below. But for now I will leave you to enjoy the photos!

Thanks for stopping by,
